In 2019, the action crime drama Vagabond, starring Bae Suzy and Lee Seung Gi, was launched to great success. According to recent sources, the sequel is scheduled to be filmed in the Philippines. Chavit Singson, a former governor of Ilocos Sur, announced the news and is reportedly one of the producers of Vagabond Season 2. He stated that the script is the producers' highest priority.
